After watching the sh*te served up by that shower this afternoon, and if there are no drastic changes, I predict we will be in the 2018 end of season qualifiers and possibly even the million pound game. I also predict I won't be travelling from Anglesey to watch them!

A totally disgusting performance from everyone apart from Bateman and Gelling (even if most of his passes only found touch).

The seasons end has come at the right time for us all I think. It's not enjoyable currently and I'm glad I can get away from it for a few months.

We stood in the Wakefield end today and the buzz from their fans was something I'd love to feel again. I will always accept winning regardless of how we do it but when you don't play a particularly attractive brand of rugby and start losing on a regular basis playing that way, you're in trouble.

Lenagan and Rads need to sit down with Wane and discuss his plans. What does he feel he can do to freshen it all up? If the answers aren't want they need to hear then they may have no choice but to take it out of his hands. I'm somebody who wants Wane here for 2018 but he needs to change the way we play the game.

I'm 49, I've had a brain haemorrhage and a triple bypass and I could still go out and play a reasonable game of rugby union. But I wouldn't last 30 seconds in rugby league. I'll agree that it's a very difficult situation. SW has won us lots of silverware, and that can't just be dismissed as irrelevant.

But 2017 has gone so badly for Wigan that you can't help feeling something behind the scenes is seriously wrong.

There used to be a phrase in the US military: 'fragging', which meant the ordinary grunts killing an underperforming officer. A sporting version of that was surely Wigan's 1994 John Player Final surrender to Cas, which sewed the seeds of John Dorahy's departure, even though his team won several other trophies that year.

I'm not saying that's happened here, but Wigan's no-shows in so many important games this year has been quite bewildering. While some early ones were clearly attributable to injuries, when all the injured returned there was still time to salvage the season - but the disastrous form dragged on, with today's embarrassment the final icing on the cake.

It could well be down to the coach having lost the changing room. If that's the case, I'm not sure a sit-down chat with SW will serve any purpose.

If Tommy L is playing next season I will not watch ANY games that is my first prediciton- he is the worst of 5 or 6 of a very bad bunch, what a totally awful and inept performance. For me not one player stood out Bateman was average which made him way better than the rest.

Go into 2018 with that team and Wigan will be lucky to make the super 8s - totally lacking direction.

I decided I couldn't bear to watch this, and listened to the radio instead, and the vindication was cold comfort. It's at times like this that I'm grateful I have my NRL subscription to renew my faith in the game. After the final whistle today I watched the North Queensland Cowboys once again show remarkable spirit for a team that's lost the world's best player and the world's best prop to win a game I was sure would be a bridge too far for them and book their place in the Grand Final. If Wigan had shown a quarter of the application and will to win of the Cowboys, our season might have been very different.

I predict the first sub-10,000 crowd at the DW for a regular league fixture since about 2003.

Season Tickets will have to be cut in price by about 30% to maintain the number this year.

I'd like to predict the part-time hooker MM being nowhere near the starting 13, but I doubt that'll happen.

Wane
Gelling
Powell
FPN
Leuluai
Flower
Sutton
J Tomkins
Isa
I know not everyone will agree with the above, so nows your chance to put up your "wish list" so to speak

We'll be under the pump and doing it tough, the team will be hurting because these aren't Wigan performances.
We'll be in the wrestle pit Monday morning working on our technique but we'll be okay when we get some bodies back.

Under a decent coach/coaching system Powell, Sutton and Gelling could be great players. Agree with the rest though. MM would be out the door before Powell for me.

Bit harsh on Powell. Sutton will never be big enough to be starting prop at Wigan.
