Well done Wigan, another gutsy display despite the errors in the first half. Wolves just seemed to be all huff and puff in the second half as the warriors tightned up on defence.

Brilliant second half from you lot. Smith kicked us to death and showed Gidley and Patton how to do it. Whereas we kept kicking right to you (and got extremely lucky with some brainfarts from your wingers), Smith kicked long and found the floor. You didn't give us an inch, throughout the game we barely made it to the halfway line on our sets. I remember maybe 3-4 sets close enough to your line to threaten. Your pack stood up and continually made metres. Sometimes tonight I truly feel like it was Wigan vs Daryl Clark because he's the only one that gave you any real cause for concern. Enjoy the win you thoroughly ground out.

Understandable that for some of you it will be through gritted teeth however, as much as you all hate us/Wane etc we have done it the hard way this year and it is very much appreciated that some of you have recognized it.
