That means any video ref calls will go the way of the wire, also better extend your sky+ to a further 20mins as Bentham couldn't make a decision himself if his life depended on it.

I'd rather it was the other way round. Unless I'm imagining things we have a bad record with Bentham as ref.

Why does Bentham get to ref most of Warrington's games. He reffed them last week as well.?

As a warrington fan, I would rather have him as little as possible! He is terrible. Would much prefer silverwood

We don't want him, he doesn't like a fast PTB and you will slow the ruck down which negates the expansive Rugby that we like to play.

You will also slow the ruck down, you always do.

In 2012 it felt like we lost every single game that Bentham refereed in. We won practically every other game that year.

He really is a truly awful ref, but I can't figure out whether he is biased against us or that he is just inept. Probably the latter. I'm surprised Thaler hasn't been given a game this weekend. Maybe he's getting the final.

At the moment we are not blessed with one single ref who inspires any confidence that he will get it right - even with three dozen cameras and about another half dozen blokes helping out.

Pathetic! Phil Bentham of WARRINGTON refs WARRINGTON again.

I would love to see stats for how many wire games he gets in proportion to other refs! Whenever I see wire play he always gets them, almost always refs games between us and warrington, which surprisingly they always get the 50/50s. He was dire in the league game the other week and gave them everything in the first half including letting them slow the play the ball and lie offside constantly!! Are the RFL that desperate to see wire win?!!!

Perhaps that was the qualification for getting the same game this time around?
