Two ref system was trialled and seemed to work o.k. Wigan forwards were dominant, plus they defended really well.

The Wigan forwards outplayed a much bigger Hull pack and I thought Lever and Sutton had strong games.

Agree. The Wigan pack were dominant from about the 20 minute mark.

Rogues, I have noticed in the last couple of U19s matches that Gildart has been named in the No1 position ,did he play there.

Yes Gildart has played full back in the last two games. With Tierney on loan/first team and Fell broken thumb think we've been short of a full back. He's done quite well there to say its not his natural position.

They both played and were a little disappointing. However they were playing behind a well beaten pack that struggled to make any ground. In the second half in particular Hull hardly made half way on the last tackle.

How serious is the under 19s competition seen from the RFL hierarchy? Pedantic I know, but at the last three home games the away team have flouted the interchange rule. Although these three games weren't a close affair I wonder what would happen if it came down to the wire and a player who shouldn't be on the field scored the winning try.
