With the departure of Pat who will be kicking goals next season?

I can only think of Smith and Charnley that have backed up Pat, Ryan Hampshire kicks goals but I don't think he will be a first team regular this season...

Wigan Observer said Smith is favourite.

He'd certainly be my choice.

Also, Matt Bowen can kick goals if required. He was a stand-by kicker for the Cowboys, with a 2 from 3 success rate. They may have all been near the sticks though.

Eaxactly. Frano Botica wasn't a regular goal kicker until he came here and Richards had to up his game. They both worked at the job and have been Wigan's best modern era goal kickers by a long way.

Whoever gets the job has to put in the work these two did and if they do we will be OK. If whoever it is think they are already good enough goal kickers, we won't.

Andy Farrell wasn't too shabby either, we've been mostly OK in that department for quite a while, lets hope one of them steps up the plate and makes the job his own.

Prior to Pat as goal kicker was Andy Farrell and before him Frano Botica who signed for us 1990. That 23 years with the top goal kickers in the League.
No pressure then for who follows those three!
