OK a mistake led to a try but I thought that aside he absolutely pasted Leeds.

When will Hansen get the praise he warrents from the media men? I hear them talking about JJB, Ablett, Whiting etc saying how underrated they are yet this guy hardly seems to get a mention.

I didn't actually think he had his best start to a game tonight and made a couple if errors but he didn't half finish well. He's an 80 minute machine that doesn't know when to quit.

Agreed. We made some great try-saving tackles during the game, but his on Moon at such a critical time was perhaps the most telling of all.

They've done it twice in a row when it matters, lets hope they can bring another superb 80 minute effort next week! Fantastic

I agree with what has been said BUT Rob Burrows made a mockery of us, he frightens me to death, luckily Warrington dont have a player like him.Lets not get carried away we still have holes in the defence to work on this week.

I think he frightens a lot of teams. Easier said then done but the key is to hold your line. It's when a player breaks the defensive line holes are left for him to run through.

This is something I picked up on the game as well after night, and if you contrast that with Wire's defence in their bigger games this year ours has been the better. They probably have the edge in attack, but if our defence is strong again as it has been in the big games then we'll be in with a good shout next week.

Lets not get carried away, Leeds could have scored with ease in the first few minutes and mid way through the first half. Somehow Thornley and Pat got twisted by 2 injured players??. Added to that most of the Leeds team were injuried/jaded and were there for the taking. It was a good performance by Wigan but lets be fair about this. Warrington would have ripped us to pieces on a few occasions. Let the team work hard in defence training this week and in particular on the left hand side - Green-Thornley-Richards
