 Wigan fan, Bradley Wiggins will travel to Dubai next month to support the Joining Jack Legends team who are competing in a 7’s rugby tournament.
The Olympic gold medallist and Tour de France winner, who looks a shoe-in to pick up the Sports Personality of the Year award, will take up a non-playing role in attempt to promote the campaign.

I'm 49, I've had a brain haemorrhage and a triple bypass and I could still go out and play a reasonable game of rugby union. But I wouldn't last 30 seconds in rugby league.

Bradley was knocked off his bike today and suffered suspected broken ribs and a hand/wrist injury.
Not sure whether this affects him going to Dubai but hope he makes a quick recovery.
