What is the point of that? I really dont understand some behaviour. The best thats gonna happen is Slater smacks him one and he gets binned or sent off but now hes going to be banned for the start of next season.
Also its not a good advert for Britain is it? Its just plain thuggish behaviour its like Chase and that elbow and its worse than Bailey, and thats saying alot.

It certainly looked pretty bad and a long ban should be expected. To go off at a tangent. I don't understand why a player who commits a foul in a club game gets banned for internationals. If you get banned for a period of time such as drugs offences then fair enough. As Graham has commited a foul for his club side he should be banned for his club side and only for competative matches too. Lets say he gets a 5 game ban, it could be wiped out in the Autumn internationals and pre season games, wrong imo.

I don't think it took away from what was a great game. The defensive performance from Melbourne was unreal. That Hoffman character looks a decent player too.

What a great game of RL, these guys are playing on a different planet. It made our two semi-finals look second rate. Guys like Cooper-Cronk would have a field day over here, if he had a Wigan No7 on his back then we would have won by a country mile on Friday.

I was shocked, never been a dirty player in the past, never gone head hunting or kicking out. Clearly lost the plot completely for whatever reason and tarnished his reputation built over years in two seconds.
Very disappointing. I thought Melbournes kicking game near the line was the difference, absolutely world class.
