I know that I have thought he was seriously over rated, probably the most in history, but he really did hammer us. His kicking game, direction of the leeds team and just controlling the game killed us. There is no point saying "we lost because sam wasnt playing" or Silverwood was against us" as usually happens on here when we lose but the only reason we lost was because of him in my opinion. No one from the wigan team applied any pressure on him all night.

He didn't go missing IMO, he changed his game from attack to defence under massive pressure from Wigan and organised it very well

I guess so yes. He did exactly what we should have done though. Got ahead and then straight into touch with the kick. We tried to score a try when we didn't need too.
