This means that Paddy is worth approx 3.5 pts a game vs Josh (and a little under 3 pts vs Sam)

If Josh or Sam had managed to prove they are quality kickers I personally wouldn't have a place for Richards in my team. Before the 2010 GF he was up there as one of the best wingers in the world but think he's lost some pace now and TBH he was never the paciest winger. We don't look to have the kicking game that would use his skills in the air to claim the ball and score anymore, also if he is partnered by Gelling or Thornley in 2013 then we would have height in the centre anyway. Hopefully he can come back and prove me wrong but I personally wouldn't give him a new contract for 2014 and beyond IF we can get a quality kicker or someone steps up and proves themself.

I'm sure I heard before the Leeds game that it will be another 6 weeks. Something dodgy is going on with our injuries. Nobody seems able to get back fit once they have been injured.

Give him all the time he needs, thornley deserves his chance.
