| Given the parlous state (£1.2M owing, losing 100k a month and not owning their own ground anymore), I find the following statement very surreal :
"There are conversations ongoing with more than one potential investor and we are
quietly confident of avoiding administration,"
What sense does it make for anyone to invest given the potential for returns ? Hopefully, a rich owner who loves the Club and can afford to sink funds into it, but in these times sugar daddies like that are hard to find.
As a practical business opportunity, it just doesn't look good.
Good luck Bulls - you'll need it.

| In purely moral terms, they actually owe a lot more than that.
What about all the fans who coughed up the first 500K? If, as many suspect, Bradford are actually dying a long, slow death, that will never be repaid. Okay it was a donation, not a loan, but were the Bulls board right to take all that money if they knew that, in the long run, there was only a slim chance of it making any difference?

Never mind the moral side of it I thought there comes a time when it becomes illegal to continue to run a business that is in this sort of state. You have to wind it up so as you don't end up making false promises to suppliers, creditors etc about the ability to pay.

| Where are all those people who were blaming the bank for not lending them any more? Budgeting to lose £1 million per year and expecting to borrow to cover it? Madness!

| Having recently lost my football club to a number of shysters from India I fully sympathise with the Bulls fans. They're powerless to help their club (unless they have £1.2m down the back of the sofa). It's a horrible position to be in.

| How can they possibly owe so much? I mean obviously in the past 8-10 years they haven't been winning the trophies like they were therefore losing out on the prize money, but still, I don't understand how they could get into so much debt. They had/have a decent fan base, they own their own ground (or at least did until the beginning of this year) and they get Sky money for being in the SL. How much is the money paid by Sky btw? I'm assuming they will just have to fold at the end of the year, then rebrand as London had to do, and Crusaders, and will have to forfeit their place in SL! It's a real shame.

| Sounds like a similar situation to Rangers with the long term looking like a newly formed club.
Should this new club be allowed straight into super league?

Widnes weren't allowed to apply to get back in the SL straight away because they went into admin (as a result of being wrongly relegated to make room for Catalans might I add) and had to wait for the next license applications.

| Think it's time Bradford just folded again. Do it As quickly as possible then hopefully hit enough targets to get a licence next time round. I really feel for the people who pledged money as it seems they have all been duped. I have nothing against the bulls love going to odsal and hope they get this sorted quickly
