hi, im knew to this , i think we made to many bad attacking decisions tonight, going for 2 points in the first 10 minutes when we had them on their goaline for around 4-5 sets, they then scored from the resultant set after the kick off. Later on we get a penalty near the line, we go for the 2 points, the resultant set after the kick off, lee brierrs intercepts and scores. We then did it again, i can not understand this, it was obvious to see we needed to apply pressure on warringtons line when we had the opportunity. I respect and like Shaun Wane, but i just feel he doesnt have the techniqual awareness and ability to be the first team coach of Wigan, Sorry if this offends anybody but im just concerned that the potential of our great Wigan team is majorly under-performing. If Sam T was in Warringtons team tonight they would have put a good score on us!

Good first post, but don't be too hard on your team, they could have easily won tonight, And don't forget it wasn't a big game anyway.

The turnout says otherwise.

There are two calls I have a problem with.

The first is the Brett Finch ball steal. It should have been a pen and the game would have been a draw.

The second was straight after when Atkins was offside from the Riley touch and wire get the pen.

Bad coaching!!

Was Riley not taken out in the Air when trying to take the high ball ??

If anyone is to blame its that lump Lauaki, penalty merchant week in week out, his ill discipline lost you the game..

According to the officials he was yes.

don't forget Briers was offside for his interception try

there were horrendous decisions in favour of both teams during the game. I do not think you can say the decisions favoured either team. They probably evened out over the game. To me the ref looked absolutely clueless !!!!

First two Wigan tries should have been disallowed.
