With Latics, Man City and Man U playing who will cover the Widnes Wigan game? I'm asking on behalf of my mother who will expect me to have the radio set to the correct station for her.
It has to be FM coverage!!

I looked before and suspect that it has just been updated. Wire FM appear to be covering it.
Merseyside I think is only on AM and DAB and according to the Wish FM site they are covering the Norwich v Latics game.

As my mother is almost 90 I think the internet is a no no.  It's difficult enough her using the mobile we bought her for Christmas. 
I'll tune her radio into Wire FM on Sunday morning with the distinct instructions DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. |

Radio Merseyside on 95.8FM should be O.K. Phil Kinsella does the commentary for them and he's not bad. By that I mean he'll not show bias one way or the other.

They may split the frequencies with fm going to their normal programmes or soccer with Rugby therefore on 1485fm.
