I'm 99% certain it is Montpellier, it's just the venue thats being sorted out. It looks like it'll be played at the Football Ground (Stade de la Mosson) rather than the Rugby Union ground we played at last season.

At first glance, the football ground looks to be as far out of the city centre as the rugby ground

Yeah its to the west at the end of the blue tram line. Looks like their is a third tram line opening this year which also goes to the football ground, but whether its open by June I don't know.

they were building it last year in the centre I think, might be ready for next year

Already booked flights.
Liverpool - Nimes, Fri - Wed £66 return.(Ryanair)
We have took a gamble and booked it now for that price.
Even if they decide to play the game in Perpignan, it's only a train ride from Montpellier.

They want to get a shift on and book it..
