What does everyone think? For me its a good idea and will certainly be good to see some Tuesday night rugby action through June.

Not sure about the fixtures though - Just been having a look, we seem to play Salford 3 times Saints Huds Widnes and Wire 2 times and then the police and cumbria once over the weeks ?!!?!

Anyone sure of the format? Who goes through to the finals in leeds and how is this structured -The RFL have released fixtures but seem coy on the format?

I would expect 4 to go through from the west division and 4 from the east to leave 8 teams competing in the final at headingley, but however this is decided is anyones guess - Is it just a straightforward league or will we be in smaller leagues?

Night of games at Wrexham when Crusaders aren't in it - very clever.

Personally I don't like it because once again the finals night is at the home of the RFL, bloody Leeds biased gets!

This competition can only be official if every team put there first choice line up

the racecourse is a good ground and events like this will help the crusaders and rugby league develop in wrexham, would of been nice if the cru where in it but they dont have the depth but im sure a decent crowd will show up.
also leeds is the best place to host the final

As a Wigan fan living in Wrexham, I'm chuffed there's an evening of 9s here!

Wigan (as most teams, I suspect) will largely play an U20's team throughout the 9s, especially as this is a busy period for the first team. In fact, the final is the day before Wigan's rearranged tie with Castleford (5th & 6th July).

The evening of 9s at The Co-Operative Community Stadium costs only £4 for adults and £2 for concessions, which (even without first team players on display) is a bargain!
