| Can anyone solve a debate for me. My father in law a Wigan Pathetic fan was loving the attendance figure last night which i though was actually very good with no away fans. I tried to argue that Wigan Rugby have more season ticket holders than the football club. I am sure they have but if anyone has solid data id be really grateful as he also tried to argue that odsal is bigger than the nou camp  |

When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.

Just ask your father-in-law to explain how the mighty tics managed these huge attendances this season with the North Stand jam packed? Oh and the way the club have given every kid relative (thus chucky the things at the schoolys) I know a freebie through their primary school is quite embarrassing for the biggest game in Wigan Ath's history.

Just wait until they are entertaining the likes of Barnsley & Crystal Palace next August - they would cream themselves with a 12,000+ crowd on for those fixtures! |

Games as big as Grand Finals define individuals and clubs. Remember, we only rent these journeys. In my time I had Pat Richard's shirt. Ellery Hanley had Sean O'Loughlin's jersey. Sam Tomkins is wearing Radders' number one jersey. Andy Coley is wearing Shaun Wayne's jersey. You have to make a mark in these shirts before you hand it down to someone else. Hand it back. So be aware for 80 minutes that you are not only playing, but you are also writing history and creating legacy. How many people actually write history - not many? A big stage demands big players…..INSPIRE YOUR TEAM MATES.

i cant answer the exact question, but judging by my telephone call for Season Ticket Exchange yesterday, it sounds like either, the agent didnt know what she was doing, or Latics ST holders get a raw deal if they go on holiday.
I was told I couldn't swap the ticket for a match ticket on another game, but I could loan my season ticket to someone else while we're away...
It wasnt until I quoted the WW.com website, that she went to check and then proceeded with the exchange.
