Full Dire squad in full training in Mesnes park at the crack of dawn today. Are they trying to copy our methods in a hope of the skill and class rubbing off on them ?

Well i've not heard of us at Mesnes Park tbh so they won't find any skills lying around there!

gotta be Haigh Hall, I go from Plantation gates to the house at Haigh Hall quite a few times a week and its a right bugger of a run, especially when its down hill all the way back and you get to that hill. will get em fit though

Going back from the hall is a breeze until you get to the hill as you say - i find it helps if you just look down rather than looking up at the gates!

Going at the wkd is terrible for bikes, kids and dogs though...sounds like we may have to contend with Wolves now!
