| Tommy is a class act on the attack, but his kicking lets him down. His defence is the best of most half backs in the league.
That hit on Wilkin was class!

| Last night, I thought it was the kicking that won the match for us.
The plan was clearly to keep Saints away from our area, and mostly it worked. A couple of times they tried to break from deep, and weren't fast enough. Coley catching Wilkin from behind. LOL
Generally, I agree. Tommy's field-kicks are not the best, though last night he was inspirational.

| His performance last night was top draw and his kicking game was 1st class esp compared to last week
i thought the kicking game from the team as a whole was top class for a change.
Fantastic to watch a big well done
Congrats to Tommy on MoM award

| He had a great game.
Was he m.o.m?
Not for me, that was either Stu Fielden, Martin Gleeson or Sam Tomkins.

Not really, he had a fantastic game last night and no one has ever doubted that he gives his all and does have the talent. But his kicking is generally inconsistent but last night it was fantastic, there's no question about that. Tommy is at his best when he has an organiser (like Deacon) along side with him, he struggles when he has to do all the organising himself.

I thought Martin might have been in with a shout. He tore Saints apart in the first 20 minutes. Do we think any Wire fans are sneering about him now?

His kicks were still awful last night. Deacon was the one causing them problems with his boots.
That said, Tommy had a hell of a match.
