I'm sure it's been mentioned on here a number of times so apologies for the duplication but what does the W.A.R.R.I.O.R stand for on some of the players shirts? Why do some have it on and others not?

Maguire's strict instructions that what it stands for stays in the dressing room! They have it up on the wall where the camera is in the dressing room so no-one can see it on T.V.
It's inspiring when you see it though!

Imo WARRRIOR stands for a pathetic nickname that undermines the history of the club.

Stains told them to bugger off.

Hull told them to bugger off.

Wigan should do the same.

Pathetic nickname or not, the W.A.R.R.I.O.R Theme he is talking about, that is Stitched into every players shirt, has nothing to do with the Warriors Nickname (Which I kind of agree with should be dropped but then again I won't lose any sleep over it!).

When i watched the match again on sky + i was impressed with our dressing room at old trafford. It had probably a few hundred photos up alongside the warrior sign and was plastered with notes all to help motivation. Opposition fans may joke saying its alot of rubbish but these little things Madge has brought to the club when all together has made the difference and brought the players together into this fantastic team.

Saints in comparison had nothing in theirs and it looked quite drab. Maybe a reflection of the coaches personalities ?

The dressing room at OT looked incredible with all the individual player cards above their pegs, the WARRIOR wall and what not, it is clearly working, and the beauty is, it wont be easy to copy as it comes from Madge.
