Probably doesn't answer your question, but he's only on loan there til September 7th at the moment, so the current deal doesn't cover the play-off period. No idea if he'd be "cup tied" if we chose to extend it and he played for them, which is presumably the answer you're looking for!

Ive never heard of players being 'playoff tied' so to speak but you can guarantee wigan wont let him play for hullkr in the playoffs if thats the case

I'd assume that the play offs are an extension of the league and not a seperate cup competition.

Despite that i'd be reluctant to throw the lad into a high intensity play off match for us unless we have no choice. If we have a centre missing i'd put pryce in, at least he's played a decent number of games with the team this year.

Recall him now and play him on Sunday to give him some Wigan game time before the play-off's in case there is any problems with Gleeson.
