Ouch! Not surprising, though.

I really hope he turns things around because he's got absolutely loads of natural talent. He just needs to get solid under the high ball and pack this rubbish in! 8 games isn't great for Hughes either, considering the academy only play 21

| Said it before and il say it again, I said after seeing him just once that he wasn't a good player and looked lost defensively, for which I got slated on here. The guy is quite clearly an idiot and a very average winger. Get rid.

Give over, his try scoring record is that of an exceptional winger, he just has one flaw to his game that needs ironing out. Do that and you have a star on your hands.

I bet you still pick him in your line ups.

Would you have him in your team before Slater....

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

He has proved he is a great try scorer and he is fantastic in open play when he is confident!

Some very, very harsh comments. Uncalled for.
Honestly, do some fans want to own up to hating some of our players?

Agreed and I really hope he comes on and develops further. I don't think he does himself any favours at times (e.g. not even trying to contest now and again), but he's a young lad and we have to cut him some slack.
I have the utmost faith in how he's being handled by Madge, Wane and the team, just like I do for the rest of the players, so we'll see how things progress.
Come on Shaun you can do it.

I'm with you Beard. I appreciate the lad's not living up to his ability at the moment but I still think he'll come good - Madge has been quoted a few times saying how pleased he is with the lad. Anyone know what the Wire lads got?
