Yes and it's working well because as a group we are learning different ways to lead. It was possibly a new idea but it's something I like. Sean O'Loughlin has shown what a very good leader he is. He's doing things that go unnoticed but which are vital in the make-up of the team.

I suppose you hadn't heard that Wigan were bidding £200,000 for him as part of a grand masterplan to field 13 players called Leuluai?
