When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.

So how manys that in total? It was announced on Friday that we'd sold over 4K with still some left at the ticket office, add a few hundred that have been bought by Wiganers via Stains ticket office and there must be going on 5K. Are Stains sending anymore over?

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

The Saints ticket office.
If you walk up to where we normally enter the ground (on the main road), walk past the turnstiles on your right, and keep going until you get the end of the seated stand.
The ticket office is just round to your right, in the middle of the opposite end to the one that we stand in.

Games as big as Grand Finals define individuals and clubs. Remember, we only rent these journeys. In my time I had Pat Richard's shirt. Ellery Hanley had Sean O'Loughlin's jersey. Sam Tomkins is wearing Radders' number one jersey. Andy Coley is wearing Shaun Wayne's jersey. You have to make a mark in these shirts before you hand it down to someone else. Hand it back. So be aware for 80 minutes that you are not only playing, but you are also writing history and creating legacy. How many people actually write history - not many? A big stage demands big players…..INSPIRE YOUR TEAM MATES.
