| Excellent read!
Does anyone else think we should have offered Ainscough to Leeds instead of Cas seeing they are looking for talent?
How many teams can one player play for in the one season?

| First class job again Bilko.
Seven wins last year took a long time and well done for the facts.
I would fancy a Wigan win if Leeds had a full squad out. When they did play together at the start of the season they were out of form. That form hasn't picked up.
With Leeds having the injuries they have it will be a difficult game for them.
Wigan do have to careful, lost ball as at Cas being picked by McGuire or Burrow can have one ending.
As Bilko says a professional job by the team win get a Wigan win I'm sure.

| Wow I'm feeling very confident after reading that preview.
A victory should be ours, given the lack of form Leeds are in and the injuries they have, but I can't be as confident of a win against Leeds, like I was against Castleford, purely because it's Leeds.

| Excellent, Bilko. The stats are interesting, Leeds being top club a few times but unfortunately for them making most errors.
The 4 games they have lost are by 6, 7, 8 and 10 points which shows that with less errors they would be much higher in the league.

| Nice read that Bilko. I was thinking on the way back from Cas how long did it take us to rack up so many wins last season, I knew it was ages but I didnt realise it was that long! Our squad hasnt changed that much and look at the wins we have already, MM must of made a huge impact among the players.

I swear to you the amount of trys we have blown with the line begging is crazy! we have literally thrown games away! we were well beaten by cas it's a long time since they played like that and looks like it will be a long time before they do again! we were well beaten by wakey but had a few chances to nick it at the end, gifting them 17 extra sets with poor disipline didn't help. any team giving 17 pens away should lose. we should have beaten hudds, we blew 3 or 4 chances on their line. Same against kr. errors have cost us dear indeed. I think we will beat you on Friday! My mates think I'm crazy! They think you will win by 30 if we cough the ball up like we have In previous weeks and their right! but I have a feeling we will shock a few people! bedsy, sini, hall and bailey should be back. with or without peacock Leeds will rip in big time!
Great preview bilko! Infact outstanding!

| Nice read, you should be very confident. Put it this way, as a Leeds fan of 12 years Ive never gone to a game thinking were certain to lose, but this one will take a miracle for us to win. Peacock has carried Leeds since the injury crisis began, when him and Lealuai was off the pitch against HKR Leeds were woeful. To lose Peacock is the worst posible news. Hopefully Sinfield and Hall will return, but were going to be too light in the forwards unless young Burgess and Amor put in massive efforts.

| Very interesting read as always and as always there are some nuggets of info in there that take you a bit by surprise - I hadn't realised that Leeds youth set-up was as weak as it appears to be these days, that has been a real source of strength for them in the SL era. It certainly makes you very angry to think about how Wigan have squandered the opportunity offered by being in the strongest hotbed of RL in the country, but that's all in the past now and the future is looking very bright indeed.
My only concern with this fixture is complacency. As we have shown in the past at Headingley, young and understrength teams can pull off shock victories. I'm sure MM and SW will be hammering home the message that we can't afford another half like the one we put in at Bradford.
Your first paragraph is fascinating - if we do win on Friday hopefully that will put an end to the Noble defenders' mutterings on this board.
