I see Craig Gower has signed for Quins fantastic signing for them even with his off field antics this guy could turn the London club around next season. I feel its very exciting times for London rugby league.

He was a great player 2-3 years ago. If he was still a great player would Leeds be willing to let him walk away? He looks out of shape to me and it's not like we're short of quality second rowers, even with Hoffman leaving. Louis Anderson would be a better freebie pick-up but even he'd still be an unnecessary luxury looking at what we've already got and the needs we may have elsewhere |

We have plenty 2nd rowers not a shortage. Ali is now pretty poor and Leeds fans are not bothered one bit about him leaving.
Doesn't seem a Shaun Wane kind of forward to me!

Ali seems to be nailed on for Wakefield. About his level now. Leeds have certainly had his best years, he is still capable of turning it on now and again but the consistancy has gone.
I'd like a prop and a half back, preferably one with a good kicking game.

Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.

However he was a class act a few years ago. A big classy forward who could turn a game on its head single handed. |
