It’s the games loss he left it without much fanfare or help but times move on and change.

Andy Gregory was a truly great player. Back then (for most of his career if not all of it, I can't remember) it was 4 tackles not 6 and 5m not 10m at the PTB. Is there a half back in the game today who could unlock a defence with those rules?

He may not be interested but id be tempted to ask him even if its only for a few hours a week.

Not that i know of. He could even do it against the Aussies at his peak. Some of the things he used to do with the ball were magician like. Imagine how good he would of been with todays modern training and fitness techniques.

We have a once great number 7 as our head coach and our halves have been crap. We also have one of the best tacklers I can remember in Mick Cassidy on the staff but our defence has been awful for the majority of this season. Bringing back the old boys I don’t believe is what we need. Respect the past but look to the future and bring some fresh ideas in to the club.
