Yes, we do, but in our case,it can be altered with a bit of common sense which appears to be the case in Huddersfield and Hull.
North America is different with the playing of home and away games on a weekly turn round, especially with the flying and financial implications involved.
Money does not grow on trees as some supporters seem to think!

We do not play in the same way as any team on the other side of the Atlantic plays as they have to play in batches because of the financial cost of travel involved and also the time spent by players travelling on a plane if they had to play fixtures every two weeks on a regular home and away turnaround.
We only play in a couple of batches because Whelan who owned the stadium decided that we play away when there were problems with the pitch and it was being relaid on a regular basis. As the problems seems to have been resolved, judging by the way that the pitch is now standing up to two teams playing on it for the year, there should now be no reason for us not to revert to regular home and away fixture.
And I not missing any point and it is not hypocritical as the two examples are unrelated to each other, especially where the cost of cost of travel is concerned and the time that players would spend on a plane during a season.
'
The main reason why having any professional clubs in North America playing in our Super League is doomed to failure, especially if the owners of the clubs see that the club is losing money and not making a profit.
What they need to do is follow the example of American Soccer by setting up their own league of clubs with players imported from the other rugby league playing nations of the world and perhaps even with players from the already established Rugby Union game in North America.
Just like game started in the South of France a few years ago.
Don't run before you can walk!

| They play in batches due to the first 2 months being unplayable over there due to the weather...,don’t run before they can walk? They have done in 5 years what teams haven’t been able to do for 50 years, you do know the game has been played in France for decades right?.....

Fev was ideal for early cup rounds I suppose. Does the coal train still run past the back of the stand?
Memorable moment was Wigan feeding the scrum and slinging the ball out wide, poor old Colin Whitfield in a world of this own watching the passing coal train instead of the ball, just let the ball drift in front of him with the Wigan fans screaming at him to wake up.

Toronto play in batches more so for financial reasons than just two months of winter weather.
As for the game in France, it actually started in 1934 when Jean Galia formed the first team.

123.jpg No trees were harmed during the creation of this post.
However, a number of electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

It's simple for me - It's bloody ridiculous to have a team from not just another country (France, which is restrictive enough), but another continent, thousands of miles away.
The vast majority of fans can't travel there, nor can (most of) their fans travel here.
Sport is for the fans.
What next?
Aussie club(s)?
SL becoming a feeder for pre-NRL teams to prove something?
Maybe allow some South-Sea Island teams, as they don't have a strong enough local league?

Seem their backer has either run out or isn't prepared to bankroll the club anymore.
