Too too too many knock ons and panic play. Could feel that after 25 mins we'd be lucky to stay in it.

That was my feeling too - we should have put the game out of reach in that first 25 minutes, but bombed too many chances.
Haven't seen the TV replay yet (obviously), but that first Richards "no-try" didn't look much different to the Meli try. |

What ? chokers... how do you work that out we've beat all the other "top 3" teams this year.
I knew a thread like this would come up about Prescott. People want to take there blinkers off he was our best player bar the last 5 mins he was the one single prop who took it to Wire today made loads of carries and meters and some huge hits.
His best ever game for Wigan for me bar the last five minutes. Fielden has played well recently but he completely bottled it tonight. Captain aswell.

No.
The Saints & Wire away games mattered more than this, because at that time we didn't have the buffer that we had today. The game was much more important for Wire than for us, in terms of league position. |
