God helps us if he does go to Cas and he plays Left Wing to Roberts Right!
The Board would go into Meltdown!

| I'd hope if he does go to Cas we'd allow him to face us aswell.
It does my head in when teams let lads go out on loan to club within their division and then ban them from playing against themselves. I makes these loan moves abit of a joke imo.
We don't think your good enough to play in our 17 but we won't let you face us either. Talk about holding a lad back.

In Roberts' current form he'd so outplay Ainscough, leaving alot of people on here with egg on their face, again!

Haven't seen anyone say we should drop Roberts for Ainscough on current form, it was mentioned last season when Roberts was in poor form though.

He's sign up for this season and next I can see him leaving after that though, unless Richards doesn't get signed up.

| Whilst I think these loan deals are good development tools for the lads just breaking through, I hope it's not a season long loan as is being mentioned here. Not only would I like to see him given his chance for us as the opportunity arises this season, I also think it is a bit narrow sighted from the club (if it turns out to be the case) as it would leave us short of cover should more than one injury strike in the backs. Just as a 'for example', say Roberts and Phelps were both injured, Pat to fullback, presmably, but who would be our wingers? Without playing down the likes of Goulding, who is a solid squad member, we would be seriously short of serious threat out wide. A three month loan should be the maximum for mine and, if I'm being honest, I'm not sure Ainscough is the right one to go out on laon at all. I think the dual registration is giving him decent quality game time. The higher level should be as the opportunities arise at our own club. It's not as though he hasn't got SL experience.

Don't you struggle. Don't you fight. Don't you worry, cause it's your turn tonight!

| The main thing for Ainscough is he plays at the highest level possible as much as possible, that way the weaknesses and deficiencies in his game can be ironed out at someone else's expense.
If Ainscough is part of Lenegan's and McGuire's future plans, I hope both make him aware of it. What we don't want is him becoming restless and disillusioned with the club.
Personally I think it would be best for him to play for Cas, he'll be at the highest level possible and can really be tested by the opposistion that if he were playing for us he would play against.

3076_1671446335.jpg SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS
For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled.
For 27 - 0 you get a trophy
For 75 - 0 you get sod all.
Wigan had eight in a row
Saints have five in a row:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_3076.jpg |

Those are exactly my thoughts, but I do hope we have a "come back" clause to cover for injuries to Wigan players.
Saying that I still think Josh Charnley will be a better all round player than Ainscough in time.

| Personally I don't think our own players out on loan should be able to play against us. I remember back to when Kevin Brown was on loan at Huddersfield. Ok he did eventually move permanently but for a long time during a match in August 2006 his try for Huddersfield was sending us towards relegation, even though he was still our player! Thankfully Danny Orr scored a late winner for us - rlwigan.rlfans.com/news.php?readmorerl

Hey, Rogue, we agree.

| I am gutted if gone to castleford.Hopefully we can keep farrell and davies for the season.Been a widnes fan i am not happy with dual contract if this happens. But i can understand for his development. But what will happen if you have 2 or 3 injuries in your backline? This is where dual is good for wigan. As a widnes fan i think this deal is crap for us.
