My problem is that Hock as been treated so bad by the club yet its his career on the line if he came out with the truth..dont you see a problem in that one ??

If you was treated as bad as your saying hock as been in your line of work..would you just let it go ?

I've never once said people should believe me, they can believe whatever they want. I posted on here about the situation, that's all. People are totally free to believe what they want.

The best way I can put it is that I'm not saying Hock is "an innocent party" as such. My honest opinion is that I have sympathy with Gareth Hock about the circumstances in which he has left.

Lenegans Statement does pretty much speak for itself. MOST of it is true but its what has drove Hock to end his wigan career like he has. He is clearly as somebody stated taking the 5th because that is what he believes is for the best and in that respect I agree. I'm not trying to come across as taking the moral high ground or tease with information etc but with what I believe to be the truth about all this there are massive implications for various people if the truth where to come out and given their actions with the squad this week the club are also taking actions to stop the truth getting out.

If you don't believe it then why go on about it? "(Don't know how many times I have to say this)

and most people are believing the only reported facts and they have only been put forward by the club. No rebuttles by the player

When I mentioned Career the point I was making was his Wigan Career. I Know Hock loves Wigan and I believe he would love to play for wigan in an ideal world but if the truth came out I don't believe he could.

well he ain't playing for Wigan now and IL says he won't ever again, so what has he got to lose by telling his side as to why he was "forced out"

IL didn't actually say that. Most people have just assumed it from reading the club press release. All IL said was that he felt let down and disappointed and that he didn't want Hock to play against us, or for one of the main trophy contenders.

The bit I've underlined near the top is a direct contradiction to something that Last Son of Wigan said yesterday (or the day before - I forget), so though you two are both 'non-believers in IL's statement', you have both heard different versions of the story. Interesting.

The second bit I've underlined is an interesting one. Perhaps you can tell us what these other things that are going on are, or is that something else you can't possibly reveal because, if you do, the Mafia will get you?

I will say this, Vectra ... from the sheer excitability of some of the people posting in our ex-player's defence, Gareth Hock's people have done a very good job in convincing those around them that their version of events is the absolute truth. If you really feel you need to stop supporting Wigan because of this, fair enough - but if I were you, I'd be sure that's what they've given you before you walk away.

no i am not spreading rumours it is not rocket science,hock got cut a good deal with wigan but it's the nature of the animal.my simpathies go with the wigan club who have been very professional handeling this situation.lets put it's this way if you were a betting man and your house depended on it would you believe hock or wrfl club.hock is his own worst enemy.
