If Wigan win by 20 then I will have more faith in Wane and his plan/methods.

If we don't then I will not expect much come the playoffs.

It really does depend on if we have taken our foot off the accelerator or not.

Having thought about it and looked at our performances (sometimes painfully on the recordings) I am now minded to think that we have indeed been coasting for a few weeks.

I miss Ray French on CC final commentary. Dave Woods is a great commentator, but Ray is who I grew up on. Yes he's senile and hasn't got a clue, but his voice just means Challenge Cup Final.

Luckily we'll all be at Wembley so won't have to listen to Mr French bumbling his way through it. Dave Woods I can appreciate.

I think we will get it together on the big day im predicting a walkover, with various key players returing to put back the pieces of jigsaw, we will run like clock work and storm to a 42-8 victory! With Super Sam scoring the first try martin offia esque full length masterpiece with Briscoe unable to stop him at the line.

whatever the score is, we'll have a cracking day as supporters of true clubs with great history.

It won't be anything near that.

Given Wigan's slump in form and Hull's upturn in form it's a close one to call, maybe only one try being the difference.

I CAN see there being a 10+ in the scores because the way we've been playing we won't get near but equally if we click because everyone's 'back' then I think we'd stick that on them
I'm not sure which way it will go. I think we have been doing some good things recently but then dropping the ball or picking wrong pass so if we can sort that and tighten the defence well be alright
Maybe they've been like that because they've been getting distracted by the final it's wether that long build up in your head is a hindrance

Close game , hull win . We're good defensively , and know how to win the big games when it matters . As long as our forwards match yours , I can't see us losing it . I'll go hull 22-20 , with a late Wigan fight back . Mom either houghton or briscoe who I can see getting 2/3 try's .

Sneaky suspicion we will nick it by 1pt - have not kicked a drop goal all season (although flopped a few). This is the game we finally get one when we need it.
