Ok, in this i back our Chairman and coach. No player is bigger than the club, and i admire the clubs refusal to be held to ransom.
Ellery Hanley tried it years ago, and we shipped him out eventually, and as good as Hock is, hes certainly no Hanley.

When Hanley went it was doom and gloom and "how will we replace him"...Step up young Phil Clarke and Andy Faz, and the rest is history.

The only trouble is in those days we had such a great team even losing Hanley wasnt the end of the world. Hoping theres another Phil Clarke or Andy Farrell that will step up to replace Hock is wishful thinking. Hock, Clarke and Farrell were freakish talents who only come along every so often.

Add to the fact that we looked very 'average' on paper with Hock in the team and it leaves us looking pretty damn weak without him. Other than Tomkins and Charnley we have little to no strike players.

Depends how Green pans out. We may get a third strike player there but if we don't we will not do well.

The idea we survived losing Hanley so we can lose another top player now is daft. The side Hanley left was class from 1 to his no 13.

This will run for a long time the truth will come some day may be in july may be longer
When IL does find out the truth he will be looking at getting rid of people at the club who are not give ing the full facts

Wigan have had a good cash offer from a team outside the top 6 why not sell gaz.

Im not saying they arnt thats why i said sorry if i seem flipant, but according to some he has had to get away from some major underground death squads and has done that by joining widnes and still living in wigan.

A poster on this thread said we should "read between the lines" and you seem to have reached the same conclusion as i have.... Which just makes the whole situation look sillier.
