Thats the reason I dont go, I have no interest in watching other teams play. Went to the Hull v Hull kr derby at millenium once. Didnt really enjoy to be honest, so didnt bother going back.

I just couldnt get involved in the game to be honest, and last time i was that bored i had just come out of a football match. It did however make me see how inept the refs where, it was terrible, for both sides!

| I enjoyed the games on day one (except the wire game) but that was at home, i doubt i would have bothered watching them all if i had gone. I dont really have much interest in paying to watch rival teams, especially up in Edinburgh.

| Quote: Wandering Warrior "I was walking out the stadium after Warrington vs Salford on the Saturday and some fat Wire fan was chanting "Your so poop its unbelievable" at a group of about 5 young Salford fans who were no older than 8-9 years old. I thought it was a bit pathetic for a grown man to be chanting that at kids until they turned around and started chanting "Your so fat its unbelievable"
Bloody hell, their parents must trust them, letting 9 year old kids go for a knees up in scotland is crazy. Surely they had parents with them?

That wasn't funny. They watched me walk round the ground with them, ask them how I could get up there, tie them up and only then did they realise I shouldn't have been up there and had to take them down. I still think it was,the England flag that did it.

I saw him too, if it was the same bloke he was telling everybody very loudly that he had been kicked out for fighting with a Wigan drummer.

Yeah, I've heard something about that incident from a few people. Seems our "fans" were the most at fault, unfortunately.

| The Wigan fans that were fighting were the same ones who were fighting at the back of Knowsley Rd, punched the steward at St.Helens and smashed a window in a pub.... Apparently. They intentionally went straight into the middle of the Cas fans during their games and started goading them.

| Me and my mates are not the same people who was fighting at the saints game , we are far from it. we went in the ground half way in to the cas match and went to stand where we was last year , west stand. i was not playing my drum i let a mate play it. it was the castleford fan(s) who started all the fighting we was just defending our selfs(mates) a big bloke with the name "danny 6" on the back of hes shirt starting throwing punches at my mate on the drum. all hes mates was dragging him away. next minute a glass bottle was thrown up to the top where we was sat and hit my mate in the eye(got a black eye) now thanks to the idiot who thrown it. the stewards and police then came to the top and removed us down to the concourse to see what had been going on. while we was on the concourse this "danny 6" lad came out of the toilets walked over to my self and started throwing punches at me. he never got me thought i had to dodge out of the way to get to safety then hes mates started throwing punches at me and my mates. this idiot got thrown out alongside with a few of my lads.

Shock, horror. Wigan fans involved in fight and Wire fans don't get the blame. Seriously though, I didn't see anything nasty all weekend. We spent an hour before Sundays games talking to Wigan fans in the pub outside the front of the stadium. Lots of good humoured banter, but no problems at all. Did anyone else see the group of Wigan fans dressed as women? One was actually in high heels and it was only when he turned round and we saw his moustache that we realised it was a man.
