You don't see Australia RL, or NZ All Blacks, or Brazil football team changing their shirt design every season to sell more shirts. In keeping the shirt the same you have an instantly recognisable brand and a shirt that players covet.
In my opinion we should have cherry and white hoops of a certain diameter, plain white shorts and hooped socks every year without fail with the only change being the sponsor or manufacturer. I'd go as far as scrapping squad numbers aswell. Let the away kit be the one they mess about with. |

Irrespective of opinions on badge/kit design, its incredibly impressive in my view that the club have been able to do all of this work behind the scenes despite all of the COVID disruption - new kit and clothing range released early, new partners, all of the promotional material for the badge, retaining and signing players. I think its amazing.

There has been a lack of moaning about the kit being released pre Xmas so that’s definitely a positive. |

Slight bits of white.
I would argue that Wembley (and being Champions) helped with the 2011 shirt sales, but without seeing month by month sales we will never know.
This shirt will fly off the shelves as they all do because it will still be on every kids xmas list. |
