My advice would be just to ignore them. It can be difficult, but just don't rise to it. I'm all for banter after a game and expect some serious trolling right after we've lost, but it is becoming commonplace on every thread.

For me I've started to use the 'friend/foe' list. Click on a posters profile and add them to your 'foe' list. You don't see their posts, but a little bar pops up between posts where they have made a post and it gives you the option of whether you want to read it or not.

I've also started doing this, in fact I started around the time certain posters thought it humorous to post pictures of Sam Tomkins knocked out; everyone of those cretins was added to the foe list.

Interestingly I think all the foes in my list are wire fans.

I think its best just to soak it all up and remember it for when we have the last laugh because we always have the last laugh. Just remember that yesterday was just one game and it wasnt a playoff or knockout game and its not really cost us anything in the grand scheme of things.

All these idots/muppets/trolls/weirdos/freaks are doing is setting themselves up for a fall.

Just ban them site wide, it'll sort the PM problem out.



It's too few and far between though Dave and highlights the problem I suggested earlier re the frequency of mods. Given the traffic that comes on this site, especially with the current Tomkins obsession by fans of other clubs who share a brain cell, it needs addressing.

That is why I am putting myself forward to be a mod on a "clean this town up mandate".

I posted a thread on this very issue not so long ago the Modertators/Admins of rlfans.com need to alter the site so that cross board interruptions/discussions are stopped Wire have P&B, Saints have RedVee and so on therefore discussions should remain on that particular board.

How about a probationary period wherby you demonstrate your adherence to your mandate with a weekly list of permanently banned trolls? Maybe set you a minimum target of 1 a day? You'd get my vote too in that case.
