I never said play your best team every week, I'm aware people get injured, and yes, that is the reason I think he played today. My comment was agreeing with someone on Hock's suitability for the CC Final.

He was brilliant today, only bettered by Sam.
He ran strongly, always a handful, tackled well and his offloads, often with two or three in the tackle, were sublime.

As a Wire fan I'm gutted, was hoping he'd be playing at the HJ. We will likely have Westwood, Grix and Morley all missing, so hasn't been a good week injury wise for us.

We have been without Gleeson, Fielden and Amos Roberts for most of the season... Do you hear us bleating?
