tried stapling them - staples wont stay in
tried sellotaping the bottom - results in the bottom section becoming tight and ruining the text on the flag
anybody else found a cure? Surely there'll be thousands of us driving to Wembley with these things? we'll be leaving a carpet of cherry & white flag on the M6 at this rate!'"

Yes. Cut two little holes and feed the cable ties through them. We did it and it worked fine. |

Just make sure the cable ties are fastened as tight as possible. We drove up to hull without any problems

I have been in the club shop twice when people have been in to return theirs because of the same reason. Can't understand why they sell them like that. Cable ties are the best idea tho

| Considering the price, the new ones are suprisingly cheap n nasty......To say the least.
Nice flag design, but the 'pole' and attachment seems pretty weak and flimsy to me.
My solution? Swapped the new flag with the old 'Warrior' car flag. The pole and attachment is virtually unbreakable on that one.
100mph down the M40 should present no probs.....Erm, should anyone be reckless enough to break the Legal speed limits of course.  |
