I'm pretty sure it was the sensationalist click bait headline that got under George's skin. The presenters skimmed over that saying you have to read the article. But irrespective of the content of the article, it was a cheap provocative tabloid headline which wasn't needed. Far too much of that in the gutter press with the sole motivation of hits and clicks.

Warrington are in the running for next season. With Austin and Widdop likely leaving they’ll have plenty cap space.

And they also seem to have the desire to spend on a team to win things.
