You are right, Leigh isn't the best place. Every time I visit Leigh I feel like Nicholas lyndhurst in goodnight sweetheart.

Well the last bit is right.
A mate of mine spotted a Chinese plate in one and paid £2 for it about 6 months ago.
He sold it on E Bay a week later for £6000.
He told me it was donated to the shop by someone from Standish who thought Leigh was an ideal dumping ground for tat.  |

Check the Leythers out having a jealous pop about our town. Ha, Leigh = one of the worst places i have ever been to. Im not saying it's rough but the window cleaners go round with a sander and you have to wipe your feet to leave the houses up there.
What a dump.
All bitterness because we stuffed them again and jealous of the greatest team in history.
And that IS FACT. THE GREATEST TEAM IN HISTORY. Whereas Leigh will always be Wigan's bitch.

Love it. So, your admitting you ARE in Wigan then? But yet you hate Wigan, think we are inbreds and like our sisters? Leythers are more confused than scooby doo. Your a village in our town, shoved out into the Suberbs because no one wants anything to do with you. A run down sewage pit that Wigan council gave up on in the 70s.

Cherry i know Wigan has many BAD areas , i spend plenty of time in Wigan , to much i probably know more Wiganers than you , i was there at St Judes last night , mi old mate Lol Lowe asked me to run a Fundraiser for them , and im there again in Hawkley Hall this afternoon , you cant kid a Kidder , Leigh is Paradise compared to some areas in Wigan .GET REAL . |

I agree Wigan does have some really nasty places in its borough, Leigh, Plank lane, Higher folds & westleigh to name are a few that springs to mind. |
