| Quote: proper-shaped-balls "Sinfield goes for a 40/20, the ball bounces and hits Burrow (he doesn't play at it), it then bounces and goes towards Charnley who tries to get out of the way but it hits him (he doesn't play at it) and it goes into touch. Therefore, head and feed to Wigan as it was a Leeds player that kicked it into touch.
Had it been inside the 20 then it would have been head and feed to Leeds.
Nobody seems to be mentioning McGuire's illegal challenge on Paaaat. No way did McGuire go for the ball, he jumped directly into Pat. Wigan penalty.
Davies really annoyed me at the end when he pointed out those two Wigan "incidents" and didn't mention Ablett or McGuire.
It looked like he was going to burst into tears.
Still, as has already been said, it's history now and we won.
Sinfield? I thought it was Finch who made the kick? Even so I agree with the analysis that the ball only went into touch because Burrow made a play at it whereas Charnley did not after it had hit Burrow. Therefore it was absolutely the correct decision. If the ref. made that call in an instant, as we now clearly see it after lots of time to analyse and discuss it, then I am very impressed. We sometimes don't give the officials the credit they deserve.

| There was more than a few wrong decisions for both teams. Nobody has mentioned the 20 metre restart when the Leeds player jumped from the field of play into the dead ball area. Still it's all history now!

Hang on, what incident are we talking about? I thought it was a kick from Finch? If it's that one then the TJ got it 100% correct.

| And the pass for Lima's second was no more forward than the final pass for Leeds last try either, but again, the BBC crew only talked on and on about the Wigan one. Did Jiffy have a bet on the game? He certainly sounded like a sore loser!

| And McGuire grounded the ball in-goal when he caught a restart. Peacock (I think) drives it out into tackle one, when it should have been a goal line drop-out.
