Yes and I thought it was a very good speech in particular the bit about looking forward. We no longer have that "you have not won it for X years" monkey on our shoulders and I think it will make a difference.

Yeah, he basically said that after years of looking back to past glory, we have now won the trophies again and don't need to look back anymore, we can look forward instead! This obviously confirms that IL reads this board - we've made enough anti Ganson and Bentham posts these past few years - and rightly so!

I even made a comment last week I was worried what the decision would be if there were a 50/50 VR call......
