he may not be in good form by any standards this season but it shows the work the club are putting in and now we are having a bit of luck with injuries we are able to leave the likes of roberts out of the squad completely yet again. can only be good for the team that MM has selection headaches once more!
i think maybe the reason for leaving out marsh to bring back goulding is more for the experience rather than performance, as marsh certainly doesn't deserve to be dropped anyway. hopefully goulding will bounce right back, but saying that a lot of the players need to continue to prove their worth.
hopefully we can gain a bit of consistency now but we all know the bank holiday weekends with two games can be really tough and we have two very big games.
if we can come out the other side and still be able to pick more or less the same squad then i'll be more than happy.
