Fair point, tbf.

It actually earned the club more - you forgot about the 10,000 who had already bought a seat because of their season ticket.

I thought that the gate money from the play-offs went to the RFL - it is then split between the top eight as prize money. The club would only take their expenses out.

Mine too.
Cost me about £45 all in all last night, just me and the two lads.
Now we play Friday I'm gonna have to scrape another £50-60+ for an extra fixture which is in the middle of the month that I didn't budget for really. It's tempting to tell the missus and kids that they can stay at home and watch it on SKY save me about £45, but the kids will be gutted. A £30 family ticket would have been a help for this Friday, especially if we have to go away the week after.
Not so much bothered about adult prices, but kids should be a fiver!

Thats your own fault for not owning your own ground as this game was scheduled for a Friday night months in advance.

The RFL do concessions when they want to.The Grand Final you can get kids tickets for now half adult prices they also had kids tickets for the cup semi finals but for Wembley it was full price whatever age in 2009 but in 2010 they said kids under 2 were free. The playoffs surely were decided by clubs as saints had kids tickets and also a family ticket this weekend. 2 adults and 2 kids for 40 quid

If you play us in the Semi's you'll like our prices! Normal for adults but £5 kids.
I really think play-off games should be included in season tickets. This is obviously hard/impossible to work if the money goes to the RFL for prize money.
