I think the biggest selling point on this too is that all the away games are going to be shown on it.
I have subscribed to it, and watched the friendly game from the weekend on there, and the pre-season stuff has been very good. All in all, at less than £3 a month, for the year it is a pretty good deal.

I agree. I believe that the Wigan friendly on Sunday will be filmed and shown midweek next week. If Hull KR had a facility to purchase the showing of the game (via limited access to the site) for a one off fee of £3 how many Wiganers would jump on this as well? |

I would happily pay £3, it's not a lot considering a pint in Manchester is of a similar figure. |

Don't think it has any advantages for a club as big as Wigan. It would deter new fans going on to the website, and i can imagine Wigan has a lot more vistors to their site than Hull K.R. We should be pushing interview and clips of Sam to the widest possible market, not restricting it to hardcore fans like ourselves who have nothing better to do than watch every aspect of the club in minute detail.

TBH - If it included the Academy level games and classic re-runs as well as the weekly rounds (provided that commentary was reinstated to the video - take note Micron), I'd actually be happy to pay around £10 a month for it. So at £35 a year, it would be a steal.
A tenner a month really isn't that much, especially for the enforced out-of-towners to see the matches.
As others have said - If Hull KR can do it, then SURELY we can.

The majority of the official website would remain free of charge to view (other than the TV section). In addition the club could still show highlights of interviews from our high profile first team players in the News Feed as they currently do now. In fact, by editing the player interviews from the TV section then edited 'free to air' footage would probably increase from current levels, thus giving new fans more content and maybe inticing them into paying the £35 if they so wish. |
