| There were some muppets sat near me who we're slagging him off for passing it to a forward after catching a dropout from Cats. I mean seriously some people need to get a grip, when do,you ever really see a fullback catch a dropout and not pass to a forward. Same issue with his passing to burgess on the kick return, tomkins only ever ran a kick return back if he really had no other option, otherwise he's pass to charnley/richards every time. The double standards people have is ridiculous with regards to new players, it's like some people want him to fail.
I thought he had a really good game last night and ultimately won us the match.
Also, not for this threat really but some fans need to learn the rules instead of shouting at the ref all the time. Roby didn't have a great game, but some of the calls our fans were making about decisions were quite frankly. Embarrassing.

I think some people like to shoot their mouths off at a game, or in a forum such as this because they can't get an audience away from such anonymous places.. The early season criticism of Bowen was quite frankly embarrassing, but to be expected. Any Fb could have lost that ball, which was a terrific pressure kick, not many players could have sent the dummies he did... Some posters need to get a sense of perspective.

| Thought he was man of the match for us last night even before the winning try. Was our only player who looked threatening in attack which concerns me a little from a team perspective but think on an individual basis Bowen just gets better every week.

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10174.png |

| Nice try at the end but i'd be concerned by him yet again costing Wigan points with a mistake. You only had to look at Lomax last night to see how a fullback should catch a ball in those conditions.

He caught the ball but lost it in a two/three man tackle.

| Bowen, Smith & Green's link up play and the organisation of our dummy runners to create the space needed for our wingers is my biggest concern but it is a team issue than just Bowen.
To criticise his ball-handling skills is laughable. One of the most consistent in the League and the take from the Catalans kick leading to his try was exceptional.

| Bowen could walk barefoot across the surface of the River Douglas, and it still wouldn't be good enough for some fans because he's not a Wiganer.

| If he was an 18 year old Wigan lad who was playing awful he'd get some wiggle room, as it stand if he doesn't score 4 a game and make 75 tackles and setup another 6 he's a failure.
Absolutely feckin clueless..

Indeed. In that instance credit the quality of the kick, the Catalan chase, and the timing of the tackle.
