Saints deserve it more, thats all i can say haha. I just want a good game, and them to knock hell out of eachother

Was undecided but finding myself, incredibly, leaning towards Saints.

To be fair they are a very good RL side and play a tough, honest game, whereas Leeds seem increasingly to look to dirty tactics and constant moaning to the ref to steer the game in their direction. Sinfield is becoming a right irritating twt.

Banter with Saints fans is always a laugh, but I've not met many Loiners who've been particularly good fun to engage with. Normally they spurt out some bitter line and chuckle into their Yorkshire ale.

I'm not sure what was worse about that lazy Eastwood pass that led to the intercept - the fact that he gave it or the fact that he was unwilling/unable to chase back afterwards.

Also Meli ... if I was a Saints fan I'd have been on the edge of my seat for that try. He looked for all the world like he was about to stroll the ball dead. I disgree with the commentator. I don't think he knew where the whitewash was at all.

I have to admit I started hoping for a "wide to west" when Bentham called time off for that final scrum.

Leeds deserved it for me. Their try's were far better on the eye as opposed to Saints barging over the line.

I started the day wanting a Saints win, but as soon I saw the faces of Cunningham, Wellens and Wilkin take to the pitch my heart wanted a Leeds win.

I wanted Skints to win for no other reason than to see that tool Bailey lose... I wish Moore had actually ted him properly as he's a niggly barsteward

Close game but not that enjoyable I didn't think.

Had nothing on last week's Saints Wire match, despite the Beeb's best efforts to big the game up as a classic towards the end.

Can't believe I'm sat here disappointed Saints have lost!

though had weeds not been the dirty team they were last week against us i might av wanted them to win but then the old Lancs v yorks conflictions come into play (god this can get complicated at times) why cant i just hate Stains more than any other team int league??

This is a general comment aimed at every fan of every sport so take what you will from it.

The only person that ever really cares about the club you support are yourself and your own supporters, why do people get the hump or feel the need to show aggression when someone dares support someone else ?

Banter i get, and i love it, but who doesn't want their closest rivals to lose, if the majority of Wigan fans didn't want Wire to get beat i think i'd be more surprised. It should all just be good fun there should never be any need to insult people for a differing opinion.
Lets just enjoy the game regardless of who we support on the day, in fact why don't a few Wigan fans go down to Widnes tomorrow put a Catalan shirt on and enjoy the day live, after all it is the greatest game in the world and what is better than a top flight rugby league match ?
