Agreed, he continues to defy the critics. Strong going forward and still not seeing many silly penalties or falling of tackles as we was told to expect from a few Hull fans.

Also like that we have both him and Hock who will give it to them. Hock literally frightens some opposition players.

Hock had a great game today his offload after he made a sensational run was his only bad point, it's form like that which will see him be an international player again.

Well I thought the first 50 mins we were terrible. It's good to beat a team like that though when you're not playing at your best!

Richard silverwood had the worst game I've seen him have, Catalan are a very dirty team and it will cost them when it comes to winning trophys.

When Hock is on form there's nobody better in Super League IMO. Hasn't had a brain fart yet this season either

Hock's offload was the only bad point of his performance today and it was a little silly as it was only the 3rd tackle but I think at times when players poke through the line like that some of our players are a bit slow to react and push up in support. If someone was on his shoulder that was a walk in.

Wane has been on Radio Manchester and has said if Hock continues his form from the last 4 games he must be in contention for the England side

Could have been a lot more had we been more clinical. Could have been punished on another day. Just need to get the next two games out of the way now before the big game against wire.

At the risk of being controversial Jack Hughes didn't do enough in attack again for me and bombed a simple walk in try. I'm not even acknowledging his try because he only finished off Tusons good work. Defensively i've little complaint but his attack needs alot of work how Richards is managing to score is beyond me because apart from last weeks solid offload his tries certainly ain't coming from Hughes, He isn't the long term replacement for Carmont at this time I hope he proves me wrong in the future.

Quote: dirtbag83 ""easy" isn't the word I'd use. We made it more difficult for ourselves with general sloppiness in the first half. We should have gone in at half-time two scores in front, not two points behind. We were much more clinical in the second half'"

I mean easy in the sense that we could afford to bomb so many chances and still come away with a 24-point win, which was a much greater gulf between the two teams than I expected. Even going in at half time behind on the scoreboard, I was never worried.

Oh, it was the Wigan "miserable brigade" who said Eric was a penalty machine, most over there said he was badly used... Looks good to me so far, bit silly to rush in, but great for team morale...

Was very relieved to see Hock come back on after he went off in the second half. He looked like he was in agony.

A bit harsh, I feel - yeah that early drop was a horrible error, but he wasn't the only one making mistakes: Lockers had two early very wayward passes out left and then dropped a pass from Sam second half with the line open.

For a 20-year-old converted 2nd row having only his 4th game at centre, I think he's doing better than could have been expected.
