Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league

Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate

Is that it or can we have an impact in the play-offs.
We really needed this game, but heads up boys and girls we will be back at some point, this is wires small time to shine but it will come.

We can give them a real good go, but i cant realistically see us winning the grand final the rate we played today, and if Noble continues to play Roberts on the wing every game |

The season isn't over no, we will do well in the playoffs for sure but the grand final is a step too far from 5th/6th.
Oh, and the fact that were $hite is a stumbling block

the last two games roberts has been found out. we dropped ainscough because of defensive frailties, i think its time to bring the lad back. roberts has been appalling defensively

Even if we don't get to the grand final I would love a home tie in the play offs against wire and then a trip to Saints or something like that but we will probably fall at the final hurdle again. |

You'll win every game in the playoffs but then the final eliminator will be a step too far (As usual).
You need to be more consistent (as usual) and finish in the top 2 to make the grand final.
Apart from nobles first 12 months in charge you haven't progressed.

We simply can't win the games we need to, today was a massive disappointment, I don't think Noble really understands how much it means to Wiganers. Beat St Helens, get to Wembley, weren't those Monies instructions from Maurice? Now we seem to concentrate on beating Leeds, that means little to Wigan IMHO. |
