We can't have an odd number of teams with an odd number of rounds so someone will need to be promoted as realistically Toronto have to be relegated after withdrawing. Had this been Hull KR, Wakefield or Salford withdrawing people wouldn't have bat an eyelid at them being demoted, the same should apply to Toronto.

The Championship in whatever form possible should now resume with the winners being promoted for 2021.

It's simple for me - It's bloody ridiculous to have a team from not just another country (France, which is restrictive enough), but another continent, thousands of miles away.

The vast majority of fans can't travel there, nor can (most of) their fans travel here.

Sport is for the fans.
