Great news if true. The lad is only going to get better. He was our best back vs Trinity and is starting to show more signs he is getting comfortable with the centre role.
I see this season very much as a transitional one and think we will be a different kettle of fish next year, retaining Gelling is key to that in my opinion.

Good, keep playing him the centres for the 1st team as well and he will only get better. Would be a good idea to get Carmont over for a couple of months to do some development working with him as well.

I really like Gelling, I'm made up he's getting his chance. It does leave me wondering where this leaves Goulding though with Gelling and Sarginson seemingly nailing the centre spots.
